Ted's gambling problem is taking a toll on his relationship, his finances and his sanity. He owes a lot of money that he can't pay back and he's at the end of his rope. Out of desperation, Ted makes a deal with some shady characters for a large sum of money. All he has to do is follow 3 simple rules. But once the rules are broken, his girlfriend disappears, people begin to follow him and strange phone calls coming from his own home number drive him into paranoia.
