Einst landete das Waisenkind Buddy zufällig im Geschenksack des Weihnachtsmanns und somit in Santas Werkstatt am Nordpol. Dort wurde er von seinen Adoptiveltern zum Elfen ausgebildet. Leider ist er inzwischen dreimal so groß wie sein Ersatzvater; und damit Buddy kein Außenseiter-Dasein unter den Elfen fristen muss, schickt man auf die Erde, wo er nach seiner wahren Familie suchen soll. Kein leichtes Unterfangen, schließlich kennt sich Buddy im Großstadtdschungel ganz und gar nicht aus, was zu jeder Menge Turbulenzen führt.

- rvrside31. Dezember 2025We had uncontrollable grins on our faces by the end, so I think it must have been good. I laughed out loud several times and the expected cringe was largely absent. I can imagine watching it again next year. It's certainly a Christmas film and suitable for everyone.
