The premise is intriguing and the music captures what was great about the 80's, but the supposedly advanced computers possess seemingly impossible capabilities, driven by baffling logic that ultimately makes the entire plot difficult to take seriously. It's a film that hasn't aged gracefully, serving more as a time capsule of misguided optimism than a compelling narrative. It's worth a watch if you're a child of the 80's and you love a cheesy, unrealistic fantasy.
