- ropermvor 5 TagenA true horror film as it’s based very much on realism within the confines of a dread and suspenseful survival thriller. Not easy to watch. First time I have since 2008. Very much stands up still. Not sure I’d watch again for a long time but up there in the most impactful horror I have watched.
- Carlos Ibarra29. März 2025Soo damn good! Very intense, harrowing and infuriating thriller. Speaks out about troubled youth and the depths they can sink to. The viscous cycle that creates these kinds of monsters are all to real, and that much more disturbing.
- LeDanger5. August 2026an excellent film, it just keeps getting worse and worse for our couple!
- Allan Cameron22. Juni 2026Excellent movie, Intense fun thriller. Grab the popcorn!
- Chris Blanchard17. April 2025I love anything Kelly Reilly is in but these horror movies are hard to watch, I don't know about these .I'm more of a feel good kinda movies but it had an amazing cast and was worth watching.
- Nicholas Florio9. Dezember 2025Brutal. It's like a small Lord of the Flies legion. These little delinquent imps should never procreate. This movie was heartless. The violence is shocking...
- PhysicalMedia4Life3. Mai 2026Eden Lake has too be one of; if not the most highly disturbing 🇬🇧 British horrors of all time!! And it's one of those films that you'll never forget, even if you only watch it once throughout your lifetime. There's no wonder why both Michael Fassbender & Kelly Reiley have gone onto have very good careers after this, there both brilliant in this. And you 💯 believe that they are a very loved up couple, which makes Eden Lake feel even more tragic & sad. Also a big shout out to Jack O'connell he was very convincingly scary, intense, unpredictable & messed up as Bret the ring leader of the gang that's terrorising the couple, he gives such a dark performance 😨😨😨 And finally you can't talk about Eden Lake without mentioning that horrifying ending, that leaves you absolutely gut punched and shocked. My Ratings/Scores for Eden Lake are ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ & a 10/10
- Eric Widder19. März 2026What a suck movie. They kill off the best actor halfway in the movie. No resolution, no revenge, just a bunch of lazy, anxiety induced torture scenes with bad things continuing to happen until it's eventual, drawn out, sad ending. If it was done for shock value then it was done poorly. The audience is left completely unsatisfied at the end. BORING.
- Jordan Potter7. Februar 2026I love this movie
- gilligan50009. März 2026I mean, I’m pretty sure this ties for worst ending ever, but up until then it’s a great performance, even if a little far fetched 20 years ago.
- Tim and Ken8. Februar 2026Predictable, but well executed given the genre. There's a sense of realism that makes it a pretty terrifying watch.
- Sophi Thornhill3. November 2025brutal, devastating and bleak. incredible acting from the lead actress and the pacing is perfect. not an easy watch but a solid movie nonetheless.
