Regie Howard SimpsonAs a result of the Stamford Incident, the US government requires that all superheroes and mutants register with the government. When an alleged immortal named DeSade is detected living in New Orleans, "Heroes for Hire" Misty Knight and Colleen Wing are hired, using a weapon created by Ethiopian weapons dealer Moses Magnum, to go arrest DeSade.
