- Callumvor 2 Tagen⭐ – Bikini Spring Break – A long walk to a very obvious destination. This is one of those films where the title tells you almost everything you need to know before you press play. Unfortunately, once it starts, there isn't a great deal more waiting for you. The movie is built almost entirely around attractive people, beach locations, and a handful of jokes that never really land. The plot feels like an afterthought, existing only to connect one scene to the next, and even then it struggles to hold attention. There’s very little energy, very little creativity, and not much that stands out once the credits roll. To be fair, the film does deliver exactly what it advertises. The problem is that what it advertises isn't particularly interesting for ninety minutes. There’s only so far scenery and swimsuits can carry a movie before you start wishing there was something else underneath. The comedy is weak, the story is forgettable, and by the end I was mostly waiting for it to be over. It’s not aggressively terrible, but it is the sort of film that leaves almost no impression beyond the vague feeling that your time could probably have been spent elsewhere. You get exactly what's on the label. Unfortunately, that's the problem. 🍹 A watered-down cocktail left too long in the sun — colourful enough to look at, but disappointing once you actually try it.
