- Stian Andreassen6. April 2026Jekyll and Hyde meets The Fly in a freudian slipstream of shrooms and sensory depravation tanks and a monomanic mad scientist hellbent on a brilliant discovery. The concept is really cool – that our cells contains six billion years worth of ‘memories’ – and the techno babble is actually something you can follow philosophically, which is kinda rare. The special effects are insanely (no pun intended) cool and technically brilliant for a movie from 1980. Not sure if it was intentional, or actually counter-intentional, but I kinda got a hankering to try edibles and trip out like William Hurt. ¯\(ツ)/¯
- Gianni Cavuoto20. November 2025If you haven't seen the movie STOP READING. More below...... I wanna go to Mexico now and get some of that trippy stuff that turns you into a monkey. This was a super trippy movie that can not be taken lightly. It's it real, no but it feels that way while watching it. I wouldn't wanna watch this movie while tripping myself. It might turn YOU into a monkey too. Hahaha.
