Regie Yashwant BhalkarWidower Vitthal Patil (Aaba) wishes his son Yurvaj completes his education and settles wells.But Yuvraj only spends his money by doing parties in name of studies.Aaba is over enjoyed when Yuvraj tops in college but finds that he faked his mark sheet and scolds him.Yuvraj feels that Aaba does not have right to scold him as he himself is illiterate.Aaba then decides to take education and joins Yuvraj's college where he is made fun at first but soon everyone respects and loves him making Yuvraj jealous while college lecturer Madam Godse falls in love with Aaba.
