- Zokkiie23. Mai 2026This movie honestly feels like a forgotten cable TV gem from the late 2000s in the best way possible. It starts off pretty relaxed, almost like a vacation movie, then slowly turns more tense the longer these characters keep talking to each other. You spend half the movie trying to figure out who’s normal and who’s secretly insane. The chemistry between the cast carries a lot of it, and the Hawaii setting makes everything look way too nice for the kind of movie this actually is. The twist stuff gets a little over-the-top by the end, but it’s still a fun watch that kept me hooked the whole way through.
- Chris29. Dezember 2024I don't mind when writers try to twist a plot around and try to surprise people with an unusual ending, then fail, but the key word there is TRY! The writer of this script should have his SAG card revoked. I will not give the ending away...but the twist in this movie completely ignored any of the details of the story making the first 93 minutes completely pointless, It is almost like he ran into a deadline to have it done and wrote the last page on his way to the studio.

Cliff and Cydney verbringen ihre Flitterwochen mit einem Wanderurlaub auf einer unbewohnten hawaiianischen Insel. Allerdings wird der Trip gleich zu Beginn von einem grausamen Ereignis überschattet. So wandern sie zusammen mit Kale und seiner flippigen Freundin Cleo und dem stämmigen Nick und seiner netten Begleiterin Gina. Mit der Zeit wirkt Kale immer bedrohlicher und es stellt sich heraus, dass der Messer schwingende Nick ein ehemaliger Elitesoldat ist. In Cliff und Cydney reift der Verdacht, dass sie mit dem Killer unterwegs sind. Eine lebensbedrohliche Jagt beginnt.
