A decent historical drama, but World Without End never quite lives up to the high bar set by its predecessor, Pillars of the Earth. The plot feels stretched, and some characters lack the depth that made the original so engaging. Still, it’s watchable if you’re into medieval intrigue, just don’t expect the same impact.
