Timothy agrees to talk to aggressive Mr Bullford, whose son Dougie is bullying Timothy's godson Gavin at school though in the meantime, due to a dustbin men's strike, the Lumsdens' rubbish ends up all over Bullford's car. When the showdown finally takes place however Timothy is able to call in a favour with the dustman to save the day.
