Peanut (the big brother), Jelly (his sister), and Baby Butter (their baby sister) Otter live on a houseboat on the shore of Lake Hoohaw, along with all of their friends. Whenever they get into a situation where they need to think, they perform "The Noodle Dance" until one of them gets an idea.

However, his ""conscience"" (a little green candy wrapper stuck to his feathers) begins to bring him unbearable guilt for his crime.

    Eye SpyFlick needs glasses to see, but does not want his friends to know because he thinks it will make him less cool. When Peanut and Jelly dispute over a complimentary gesture, Mayor Jeff tells them a story about a disagreeing pair.
