Teams will cater for a three-course wedding reception for 90 people. Serving up Modern Australian, three teams each will devise an entrée, main and dessert.

Cooking for emergency service workers and their families attending the annual Give Back Day, the teams need to conjure up fun fair food to impress. The emergency service workers will vote for their favourite dish and save one team from the next two eliminations; while the judges will decide who heads to the Sudden Death elimination.

Their meals will then be served to all passengers onboard a Jetstar 787 flight with the passengers scoring each meal out of 10. The team with the highest score will win People's Choice, while the two weakest dishes as determined by the judges will be sent to the Sudden Death elimination.
