Keeping Faith" er en rost britisk dramathrillerserie om advokaten Faiths (Eve Myles) desperate søgen efter sandheden. Da Faiths mand Ewan pludselig forsvinder, starter en ny tilværelse, hvor Faith gør alt i sin magt for at beskytte sine kære mod hjembyens dystre hemmeligheder. "Keeping Faith" begins with an intriguing setup but falters with convoluted plotting and over-the-top acting. The cheesy incessant piano and woo-woo music and the excessive focus on Faith’s shoe obsession, and the director's foot fetish distract from the story, while the narrative drags with implausible twists, making it a frustrating watch despite its scenic Welsh backdrop.
Only finished watching first series. Too daunting a mission to torture myself through two more.
