He may be fit (according to Zara and Cherry), but he's got a phobia of mice, which is a problem when he discovers loads of mice droppings everywhere. Karen decides to help him by introducing Rodney into the proceedings. It's the day of Elaine's first morning meeting, but it's more difficult to arrange than one would think.
