The first big fire of the season ravages scrubland and forest. At the heart of the inferno, a burnt corpse is discovered in the smoking wreck of a 4X4. Others will follow, prompting brothers and rivals Guillaume and Damien, one a cop, the other a gendarme, to work together, whether they like it or not, to follow the trial of Tiffany, a renowned young photographer obsessed by fire. Or should they look into Târiq Amraoui, the Canadair pilot?
