Zack Spurlock

Zack Spurlock was born in Provo, Utah. He was raised by his two parents, Ken and Heather Spurlock. He is the fourth child of six (all male). His first movie, Unitards, was filmed right after his senior year in High School. He then attended a two-year college where he received his A.A. in Musical theatre.
