Peter James is an art director. His credits include a variety of high‑profile films, including Children of Men (2006), The Creator (2023), and Wicked (2024).
His work has been recognised by nominations and awards from the Art Directors Guild. He was nominated in 2024 for an Excellence in Production Design Award for a Fantasy Film for The Creator. In 2025, he won the Excellence in Production Design Award for a Fantasy Film for Wicked, shared with a large creative team. He was also nominated in 2025 for his work on House of the Dragon, episode “Smallfolk” (Season 2, Episode 6, 2024) in the category One-Hour Fantasy Single‑Camera Series.
