Bill Martin

Bill Martin is an American television producer and writer based in Los Angeles. Martin and Mike Schiff met in the graduate film program at Columbia University. They began their television writing careers on In Living Color and soon were staffed on 3rd Rock from the Sun. There they served as showrunners for three seasons before leaving to create their own series Grounded for Life.
