Antulio "Kobbo" Santarrosa is a puppeteer, television producer, journalist, comedian, actor, and author from Mayagüez, Puerto Rico. Santarrosa produce and puppeteer in La Comay, the highest rated TV show in the history of Television in Puerto Rico.
