Derrick is devastated about his first loss and worried because Malik threatened him right before sentenced. 1 month later Derrick is at a Diner when these Italians spot and take him to their boss "Sammi" who is having legal issues and offers him $1.5 if they win his case. Gives him 500K up front. Derrick is worried because he doesn't have what it takes.
