- jwhiskey6. september 2026Insert Jason Statham add a decent cast and good visuals what can I say ? Thoroughly enjoyable the movie is absurd and I look forward to watching it again for the 10th time one day.
- Daiken Seige1. september 2026The Meg is a Russian Documentary bout the late great mila kunis aka The Meg. This movie if heart pounding, thought provoking, and will move you to tear in how he struggled to get his voice heard... Lol Naw This movie about Big Shark that goes numb numb. Only down side is there's not enough shark
- macaronz20. august 2026Turn Your Brain Off, Enjoy the Shark Bites, and Move On 🦈🍿 The Meg is a textbook popcorn flick! Experiencing this on the big screen in a theater would undoubtedly be a blast. However, if you look at it from a technical or realistic standpoint, the film completely failed to impress. The CGI is pretty hit-or-miss too; some scenes look okay, while others look straight-up childish. If you're a Statham fan, you can check it out. But honestly, it's just a one-time watch. You watch it, enjoy the chaos, and completely forget it exists. Not the kind of movie you ever rewatch... at least, I'm never touching it again!
- GemsDoesWatch25. august 2025i really like this movie! idc what you say, its underrated!
- Carter23. juli 2026On another rewatch, The Meg is still a over the top ridiculous, fun movie. Positives: - The movie is well made, well directed, well shot, well edited, and well paced - The CGI for the Megalodon looks great - The movie delivers on it’s premise and what it sets out to do - The Meg eating people - The action sequences are dumb but a lot of fun Negatives: - The movie is very generic - The characters are very dull and generic - It’s really just Jason Statham doing his action movie under a Meg skin - The performances are fine at best Overall The Meg is a fun summer blockbuster. If you like shark movies or Jason Statham action movies I recommend this to you.
- Nathan Magreta21. juni 2025This is an enjoyable shark-action film with not history's greatest visuals, but overall, its a very enjoyable watch. Not as bad as people say.
- Jim Pickett19. januar 2026Awesome movie, saw several times and will watch again
- Michael Johnson22. oktober 2025This movie starts off strong but quickly loses momentum, becoming slower and less engaging as it goes on. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend watching beyond the first 15 minutes, it just doesn’t hold up.
- Streetter19. oktober 2025Li Bingbing for the win! HAWT! As for the rest of the movie... It's hard to get invested when the other actors outside of Jason Statham are over the top caricatures of supposedly real people. Add the obvious CGI... it's not a good combination. So this movie is Mid at best.
