The Beekeeper-bedømmelser og anmeldelser
- jwalkin24. februar 2025I'm tha beekeeper... just your average fella... I'm retired ex-MILITRY... but don't mind dat, I just keep mah bees 'n stay outta trouble. I hope I can stay an average fella, and not be antagonised by a villain with no clear motive other than bein' evil, causing me to show off me special forces training by killin' private security guards just tryna earn an honest days' pence. But a beekeeper must do what a beekeeper does best... protect the hive.
- Kit Lazer26. marts 2025Gotta protect the hive.
- tellum24. april 2025Hilariously over the top, fun action, and easily hateable villains. If you or someone you know has ever been victim to cyberscams, this movie is pure fan service. A true standout in the “retired killing machine wants to live a normal life BUT SOMETHING BAD HAPPENS TO SOMEONE HE LOVES” genre.
- iain313811 timer sidenRediculous but good fun.
- ArtemisNova12. marts 2026One of the worst and dumbest things I've ever seen. The script is appalling and somehow makes The Meg seem intelligent by comparison.
- jackmeat21. april 2025My quick rating - 6.7/10. This flick buzzed (I had to) onto the screen with Jason Statham leading the charge in a gripping tale of vengeance and intrigue. Statham's character is immediately captivating, drawing you into his world with a compelling blend of charisma and determination. As the story unfolds, we're introduced to a man whose quest for vengeance takes on monumental proportions when his past as a former operative of the clandestine organization known as Beekeepers is revealed. This revelation propels the narrative to new heights, as national stakes come into play and the true extent of the Beekeepers' power is laid bare. Statham shines in his role, bringing depth and intensity to his character as he navigates a world filled with danger and I'll admit I wasn't expecting much more than an everyday action vehicle out of this flick. His motivation is clear and relatable, driving the action forward with a sense of urgency that keeps you rooting for his every move. The film's pacing is relentless, with each twist and turn propelling the story forward at breakneck speed. From heart-pounding action sequences to moments of quiet introspection, it surprisingly delivers a rollercoaster ride that never lets up. One of the highlights for me was its ability to balance high-octane action with thought-provoking themes. As the protagonist delves deeper into the shadowy world of the Beekeepers, questions of loyalty, morality, and the nature of power come to the forefront, adding layers of complexity to an already engaging narrative. Overall it is a thrilling ride from start to finish, anchored by a standout performance from Statham proving he still has the chops to headline an action flick. Trust that I was just as surprised by this one as I think you will be if you are an action movie fan and check this one out.

- Ultraviolet Pro14. februar 2026Suprisingly Good with Comedy Elements 4/5
- Jorick8. juni 2025Good movie, well he didnt get a scratch first hour.
- PrOx GaZz6. maj 2025The thought of Statham eviscerating computer scammers for 105 minutes sounds like a winning proposition, a Death Wish for the Bitcoin generation. Unfortunately, the more the story unfolds, the more convoluted it gets.
- MowSow14. februar 2026Great action .. very poor acting
- Angel9. september 2025A curious film, typical of Statham's action movies in recent years—pure action, zero brain. I'd rather not even mention Snatch; it makes me want to stop watching movies altogether. Popcorn fun. It starts well, John Wick-style, with elaborate fight scenes and a standard, stoic revenge plot. Buuuut only a few minutes pass before it gets tangled up in a B-movie plot represented by the FBI agents who, because nothing surprises me anymore, have clearly been selected to score points for the ESG. It's despicable to see the difference in skill level they display compared to the rest of the cast. Why not pick the actor who does best in auditions? No, let's choose based on race and gender, not potential. Does anyone even know what the words sexism or racism mean anymore...? I have no idea what physical standards are required of an FBI agent, but finding a lead actress with a double chin who can't even carry a machine gun convincingly is not what you expect when they're trying to sell you an elite agent in an action movie. Add to that a pathetic performance where the closest she comes to conveying anything is the sadness I feel for what they've done to casting processes just to impose ideas on people, and you have the complete package. Every scene she's in is lamentable, with her jeans commanding all the attention since her face only transmits the equivalent of a flatline EEG. Every moment with the FBI is so repetitive it becomes maddening; she's always in jeans and boots while everyone else in the department wears a suit. It's a joke. But she's the hero of her department? WTF. The elephant in the room—with no metaphor intended—gets her special little medal at the end of the movie. Give her an insipid, scrawny partner with the same level of acting talent, and you end up with the director cutting away from their expressions to show anything else just to save the take. Or it cout their faces or he kills himself. Throw in a script for both of them full of little jokes that don't fit the tone of the film at all and are only funny to the screenwriter. Every time they appear, you feel like walking out of the theater and going to watch the clouds just to stop thinking, again and again, about what you're doing with your life, paying to see 24 frames per second of moving garbage. Every time I see these untalented, forced actors hired to check ESG boxes, I remember Larry Fink of Blackrock—yes, that company that controls 80% of the S&P 500 and imposes rules that these companies must follow or else they don't get credit and end up bankrupt. Unimportant little things, right? Speaking of forcing behaviors on people, look it up on YouTube: "Larry Fink Blackrock force behaviour," and ask yourself what is happening. How will this end? Little by little, I'm giving American content fewer chances. European content is heading for the same cliff, and for now, only Japan and South Korea remain as survivors of this grand Goebbels-esque experiment. It's so absurd to watch the film after glimpsing how it's been contaminated, to see Statham ask, "Do you know who you work for?" while you're asking yourself if Statham knows who he works for. Will all those participating in this system of indoctrination understand how they will be seen centuries from now? Ordinary Men, all over again. How are those who try to impose ideas by force remembered? Oh right, as fascists. Entire books were written about those who were "just following orders"; entire fields of psychiatry were invented trying to understand what happened in Germany, and it seems as if we've forgotten all of it. It's all just more subtle, more diluted now. I wouldn't want to be in the history books for something like this, but go on. It's not my money or my reputation. I just hope I don't have to face the consequences. There comes a point where it's not worth it, even if you're paying the same as a Netflix subscription, if all you're watching is content designed to manipulate you. A film that could easily have been a 6 becomes a 3. Statham does what is asked of him and entertains people who enjoy action movies every chance he gets, but nothing he does can counteract costars with zero talent who wouldn't even deserve to be in an episode of a soap opera, spouting their jokes loaded with out-of-context nonsense. Because all the nonsense flooding American scripts today always has the same context: the context of ads, of the content you block on the internet with browser plugins. The very same content that was used to rig the Brexit election, not to mention those of 15 other countries (The Great Hack). Nonsense that controls who governs and who doesn't, which economy falls and which one dominates the others. Unimportant little things. It's subliminal garbage so intertwined within the film that even after watching it, you feel nauseous, but it's hard to explain why—like when you eat food that's gone bad and you don't know exactly what went wrong. The problem is when they make you swallow this trash for years. Then, you learn to instantly detect when what they're selling you stinks and only deserves to be flushed down the toilet to get rid of the smell until it disappears. Maybe they should have been content with the 20 minutes of ads and trailers they show, on average, before the movie starts. But no, they always want more. To quote the beginning of Serenity: "River, we're not telling people what to think. We're just trying to show them how." And then they wonder why cinema is dying. If someone sold you a car for a ridiculously low price with the sole condition that you always had to have the radio tuned to the political party subsidizing it, would you buy it?
