Undercover cop Lucas White joins Vin Serento's LA gang of illegal street racers. Dio Johnson's spoof of The Rock is the best spoof chracter I've ever seen and gave the movie an extra point on the rating. It's a typical spoof movie, not quite as low brow as most, but nothing terribly special.
