He has worked there for many years, but he's struggling to maintain the same passion for the job that he once had. The company meanwhile, is undergoing a takeover by an American investor group. In this period of change, the American company attempt to inject new life into the charity by re-branding, an image that CONALL does not fit into. They replace him with university graduate SIMON.
