The intentional historical distortions, expecially the Russian soliders shooting civilians in Donbas is counter to reality exposes the creators bias and hate towards Russia. You're better off watching, "Russia 1984-1999: TraumaZone" by the BBC if you wanted to understand what really was going on in Russian during the fall of communism.
