- meganuskon24. december 2025After seeing the tumultuous violent cadence patterns, I knew how the story was going to end. That's just my brain putting things together. I even wrote it down just to double check myself before the ending. Hence the only reason I rated it 4 out 5. I like the ones that throw me off guard. Dang brain seeing patterns ruining movies for me.
- ርልዪረ1. februar 2025I went into this movie with zero clue as to what it was about, a friend told me to watch it- so I did. The film was engaging and interesting enough to keep me watching, good use of music and filming to create suspense within a single setting- which of course, is the radio station offices. There are only 4 people in the studio, plus security guards. Dylan is a new employee starting his first shift that night. The radio station, is a late night show where the host appears to play pranks on people and banter with callers on air. I won’t go into any more detail regarding plot, but stick with it! Good twist at the end although there were moments I found strange or far fetched, and there were times were the actors lines felt “hammy”, however if you stick with it, a lot of things will make more sense. Sometimes predictable, but I was completely not expecting the twist, I suspected something but not that. The ending is good, I don’t know why there are so many negative reviews. If you appreciate the movie for what it is, it tells a story, it has good pacing and has a pretty decent thriller aspect to it too. Just go into it without watching a trailer (they always spoil) think of it as a rollercoaster ride, you have to finish the ride- train your attention span to be able to appreciate and take in something other than tik tok videos and Snapchat. Would recommend watching definitely, particularly if you are a film buff and like to watch different genres and original ideas.
