African-born, UK-based Interpol inspector Masinga is dispatched to Southern Africa to repatriate a group of Ukrainian teenagers who were sex trafficked by a Russian underworld figure operating in Mozambique. While rescuing these teenagers, Masinga encounters Xia, a young Asian social media influencer whose stance against her country's plundering of Africa's minerals and wildlife make her a target for the nefarious pursuits of the evil Jeremiah Mills.
