Babulal rapes a rich Anita with an intention to blackmail her with photographs clicked by his aide Arjun,his plans are spoiled as Anita kills herself.A thief Shankar reaches the murder spot and Babulal tries to frame him but he elopes with a loot and gets arrested.Babulal kills his lookalike Dr Dcruz and lives with his identity he convinces Anita's father Navin Bhatija to marry again to have a soulmate and gets him married to his moll Sheeba.Babulal then kills Navin to get hold of his property but later Navin's lawyer arrives with his will stating that the whole property belongs to his younger daughter Neeta and she can avail it only after marriage.Shankar comes out of jail and kills his partner Jojo for betraying him but Babulal proves it as false claims and gets him released in order to be part of his plan to kill Neeta.Shankar makes Neeta fall in love with him so that he can marry and later kill her but ends up falling in love with her and betrays Babulal.
