- tellum19. august 2025Classic horror movie that blends a slasher with cosmic horror, and the acting and story telling is surprisingly good. Stylized film making for the time and the aesthetic of the cenobites still holds up. My only criticism is the ending is rushed and could have been constructed better, but still ends in a pretty cool way.

- J-M Desmeules15. juni 2026How do rate Hellraiser other than 5 stars, always and forever, 5 stars. Not only because you watch now in 2026 and it stands-up to time, but also because it was not made this year, it was made long ago when the special effects and genre were not so easy to produce on and off stage. Both for technology of movie making, but also the politics of movie making and the censorship authorities towards this genre at the time. This is part of Americana, and this is a must for anyone who even remotely enjoys horror and gore movies. But really, for anyone that loves movies, point blank!
- Heinrich Muller (The HuMensch)30. september 2026“Explorers in the further regions of experience, demons to some, angels to others” This movie is deep, and the universe that’s come to surround the many films in the franchise offer much in the way of entertainment. A 1980s horror classic, what else do you need to hear to watch it?
- met86522. september 2026What can i say, very good, expect gore, blood, then more gore & blood, story is interesting, acting fair, if you are a horror, splatter fan its a beaut
- ROBERT STROHLIN25. november 2025Great book adaptation! Clive's mastery of the Bizarre and otherworldly is so well crafted? "Come to Daddy" has never been so Creepy!
- charleshillman6530. juli 2026You've got to get rid of that mattress!
- KillerRoo9. juli 2026I'm sorry I slept on this movie for so long. I am not a horror-genre fan. I saw a snippet about the lore and got interested. This was a very good horror movie, it kept me interested throughout while not feeling rushed or frantic. The pacing is great. The movie takes its time when it counts, the "action" horror parts are played decently well, and visually the physical effects are incredibly well done. There is a lot hanging on suspension of disbelief for some of the characters' dialog & decisions being made, but it didn't detract from the overall creepy vibe of the film. I'll be interested to watch more of the series, though my expectations remain tempered.
