- carter28826. april 2026Final Destination 2 is a very good sequel. The premonition is very insane and definitely left a mark on the world. The characters are pretty decent and the actors deliver really good performances. The kills are a lot more brutal and gory than the first. The movie switches up the lore a little bit more and it works very well. Overall it’s a really good sequel that’s not as good as the original but still really solid.

The kills were just okay.. after so many car crashes and explosions, it started to feel repetitive. Don’t see myself revisiting this one anytime soon, but it makes me appreciate the first film more.

The meme of how many people avoid logging trucks on highways bc of this film is all too real. Some great kills! It’s good, bad, self-aware, and hilarious! The conclusion is a stretch to say the least but that last scene is an all-timer.

This movie is over 20 years old and still holds up as a great movie which ultimately in the future will be seen as a cult classic if it hasn't already.
