End of Days

- dancla748. februar 2025Great movie.
- Stuart Browne9. april 2025Brilliant
- Zokkiie18. april 2026Very much a product of its time—in a good and bad way. It looks cool, sounds cool, but doesn’t always know what to do with itself. You’ll get a few solid moments, then something clunky right after. It never totally falls apart, though, and it’s easy enough to sit through. More interesting than great.
- Jordan Jones3. april 2026End Of Days - is the movie in Arnies entire filmography that's his most underrated & under appreciated this is a brilliant rendition on Satan wanting to take over the world with the whole concept in what he needs to in order to do so was very creative I thought. Also this has really good action, its just a very good looking movie that's shot well, that is very well paced and the special effects are better in this, than most movies that are made today. And finally I think the performances from both Arnie & Gabriel Byrne are awesome. With Gabriel Byrnes performance as The Man that Satan has embodied was very convincing. And of course Arnie delivers a great & stoic as Detective Jericho Cane, he's really great here and this is also one of Arnolds most underrated & overlooked performances as Detective Jericho Cane I feel. I'm going to give the criminally underrated End Of Days a very solid 4.5/5 Stars & a 9/10 👍👍
- Zach Henson25. marts 2026It feels super weird when Arnold prays. But not when he preys. HOLY SHIT GUYS I'M SO GOOD AT THIS!
- tellum11. marts 2026This is very bad, to the point that I am shocked to be the only truly negative review. There are almost zero character motivations that make sense. Arnold works for some kind of military security company but for some reason decides to investigate a shooter instead of letting the cops handle it. The catholic church hunts a woman who is destined to birth the anti christ but for some reason wants to kill her instead of obeying the pope who repeatedly says they should save her. Satan wants to spread his seed but For Some Reason won’t kill or possess the main protagonist like he does to every other lackey villain. There are so many plot holes that I’m legit stunned most people are not catching any of them. Maybe they just like Arnold calling Satan a Choir Boy, which was hilarious.
- Mr.Faceplant26. januar 2025A very underrated movie by classic Arnie!
- crusaydauk8. marts 2026Great premise and Arnie is a quite believable character.
- Richard9. november 2025Bought this one on DVD expecting classic Arnie mayhem, but got something darker, moodier and surprisingly restrained. Arnold Schwarzenegger plays Jericho Cane, a broken ex-cop drowning in grief and whiskey. He’s pulled into a supernatural conspiracy involving Satan, a prophecy and a young woman named Christine York who’s destined to be the devil’s bride. Gabriel Byrne oozes menace as the Prince of Darkness and Robin Tunney brings vulnerability to a role that could’ve easily been pure plot device. The film blends apocalyptic horror with action, but Arnold’s performance is more subdued, less quips, more pain. He’s not invincible here; he’s haunted, human and actually acting. The effects are gritty, the tone is grim and the whole thing feels like a Y2K fever dream, complete with religious cults, exploding priests and a subway shootout that somehow works. I liked the atmosphere, the cast and the way it made DVD nights feel intense, unexpected and emotionally heavier than expected, with devil lore, reluctant heroism and a lead who trades muscles for melancholy.
- Peter Bickford25. oktober 2025Surprisingly strong, if unlikely pairing of Schwarzenegger and Byrne, with the latter's Usual Suspect Pollak thrown in to good effect. The pitch must have been something like "The Omen meets The Terminator!" And it works way more than it should.
- ርልዪረ8. februar 2025Action Legend Arnold Schwarzenegger stars in this apocalyptic horror/thriller. Schwarzenegger plays an ex Police Officer who finds himself having to protect a woman from the Devil himself in order to avoid the "End Of Days". Not nearly as ridiculous as it sounds the movie is a very good action/horror hybrid. Although it's release did come at a time when Schwarzenegger's Box Office power was on the wane. The movie is not nearly as bad as some Film Critics would have you believe, and there is plenty of action and fun to be had. Just put your feet up and enjoy the ride.
- Streetter13. oktober 2025Very impressed with this movie, and with the Theme Song from Everlast.
- marshalsea7. oktober 2025Don't get the low score at all, absolutely cracking film - probably Arnie's last great film. Arnie and Kevin Pollack work really well together, shame they didn't get more on screen time. Gabriel Byrne is great at playing the Bad Guy, and a host of other well known people around the edges. Now... bearing in mind this is 1999, why do the fx look so much better than today, 25 years later? Surely, they should be better. Compare the train scene with the breaking apart man vs DC or Marvel trash and well... worlds apart - one's good fx, the other is atrocious DC or Marvel bendy people trash. It also features the infamous line: "You're a choir boy up to me!", which well he's trying to start a fight with the guy, so it makes sense but don't let that get in the way of people thinking they're clever by complaining about it. They're wrong.
- d e7. september 2025Seen this film many times probably one armies best films besides terminator. Not a lot I can say he is probably one of the best actors of his time.
- Joe Os30. maj 2025It's a decent action movie, and who doesn't love arnie the big ole honeymonster.
