Marc Kent finds and tortures the person responsible for killing his wife in a tragic car accident. After disposing his body, Marc heads home. Drunk behind the wheel of his car, Marc gets involved in a car accident. Kim Phan witnesses her boyfriend rundown by the vehicle of Marc Kent. Marc flees from the scene, leaving Kim in a helpless cry for help. With nothing to lose, Kim takes matters into her own hands.
