An inspirational and humorous, but fictional, retelling of the Jamaican's first run at Olympic Bobsledding. I really enjoy this movie every time I watch it. The premise is ridiculous, the antagonists are over-the-top, and everyone is a caricature, but the acting is great, and the result is charming, humorous, and motivating. It's technically a sports movie, but it's fun for anyone - even if you've never been to Jamaica or know what a bobsled is. Yo Sanka, you dead mon?

I don’t know what it is but there’s something special about this movie. I know I’m biased as I was a kid when this came out but it still holds up. And the underlining message is a great one: it doesn’t matter if you win or lose, it’s how you hard you try.

It was a good movie to just watch it didn’t really make me think too much and it had a simple enough true story plot but the vibes for this movie are great and the characters are pretty good overall it was a good watch.

An absolute treasure. An underdog sports story with a sprinkle of 90s Disney magic. Candy is inspirational. And each lead is unique and fun.
