Basil Mason (Martin Horsey) in regards to a serial killer known as the "Corsican Belt Strangler". Basil Mason, a minister is and author, is also on the trail of this healing man - who also happens to fit the description of the serial killer. Is it be possible that a man who heals people, could also be a serial killer known as - the Corsican Belt Strangler?
