Fremtiden ser absolut dyster ud for den britiske efterretningstjeneste.     The more you watch the less it makes sense. Which would be an impressive feat if it wasn't so frustrating. Watch it once if you've got two hours and want to feel stoned without any drugs. But other than the novelty of saying you've seen it I can't recommend to anyone.

    This is an absolute disaster, even by parody standards. It tries to be funny and chaotic, but mostly it’s just exhausting and messy. The pacing is all over the place, the jokes rarely hit, and the whole thing feels like a collection of random ideas glued together with no sense of direction. Every once in a while there’s a hint of something clever, but it gets buried under endless awkwardness. Watching it feels like work, not entertainment.

    I'm not sure why they even bothered to release this incoherent mess. It's a tragic waste of talent, not to mention your time.

    I remember watching this as a kid and finding it quite naughty/saucy, and it is. Well played Bond parody, which when you read about the production and Seller's childish behaviour, how they saved this is simply an amazing feat. The story goes a bit wonky, and have a read and you'll realise why, but for all of that it's just a blast of fun. Not at all hurt by Herb and Burt providing some of the best music ever produced. Go into this not expecting Bond but a genuine fun film and you won't be too disappointed.

    I did find a couple of laughs in some great lines, but they get buried in this confusing mess of a movie. It's amazing with all this talent they made a movie that's not worth watching.
