This film seeks to impact the audiovisual experience through a narrative that dialogues with the universality of human relationships in the face of serious family adversity. Café flees the countryside because of a "family vendetta" that haunts him. Arriving in the capital, he tries to find his father, who is imprisoned in a local prison. Pépi lives in the outskirts of the city, where she is abused by her stepfather and thrown out of the house by her own mother. Limão lives in a hole under an overpass with her mother, Marta, who is severely weakened by addiction. The three band together to survive, while their friendship grows. But the setbacks of everyday life ultimately lead them down different paths.
