- Splitvision8913. září 2025Jimmy Stewart once again proves he is the best actor in American history. This movie is incredible, and is so well done. It has everything: arrogant antagonists, persistent protagonist, incredible atmosphere, suspenseful music, all bottled into one location. They truly don't make movies like this anymore!

The camerawork is extremely ambitious for the time with the whole movie being multiple long continuous shots, which ironically has become a staple in modern action movies. The acting and dialogue is excellent, premise is disturbing, and the pay off is great.
