- Scott SmithOctober 19, 2025This is a excellent drama series about a group of people working at a family restaurant in Chicago, and what they go through as they attempt to transition it from a neighborhood dive into an upscale eatery. The kitchen scenes are very realistic and stressful. It's very well acted and written. It won many awards, and deserves them all. I could never do something like this for a living, but it's fascinating to watch as an outsider.

IFrom a frantic inner battle with his demons while trying to keep his dreams alive, to a trashy soap opera with morals fit for a 4-year-old, diluted with bland characters who only exist to check ESG boxes. Let's just keep destroying art. What does it matter anymore? I won't fall for it again.

- CubaneAugust 7, 2025I loved the first season, but dear GOD the later seasons drag things the f out. Feels like an entire season takes place over the course of 30 minutes and the remaining 4.5 hours is entirely filler.
- grimsfieldJuly 17, 2025Hugely overrated, hugely pretentious, family drama that plays bad music constantly throughout every single episode. Seriously, a song finishes and another one starts playing. WTF. Just let there be silence in the background. Play music that isn't meant for a 50 year old Christian mother. And please, for the love of god, stop sniffing your own farts!
- amortechJuly 5, 2025Great show. Much more than a cooking show. Very relatable with crazy family and broken family. Good character builds and the actors are great. Don't watch the show if you are hungry...superior cooking however I would be happy with the beef sandwich.
