This is a excellent drama series about a group of people working at a family restaurant in Chicago, and what they go through as they attempt to transition it from a neighborhood dive into an upscale eatery. The kitchen scenes are very realistic and stressful. It's very well acted and written. It won many awards, and deserves them all. I could never do something like this for a living, but it's fascinating to watch as an outsider.
