This series comes from Wales, the birthplace of the Special Forces. For their first task, the celebs must plunge into the freezing sea, swim to a rendezvous point and attempt to jump onto a moving speedboat.

PressureThe recruits go head-to-head in a terrifying hang-tough task 160 feet above a quarry - testing mental and physical strength. Then they take on a car ambush task where they must drive into a simulated war zone, pick up an ally, and vacate hostile territory into a safe zone, intact.

PanicThe next phase of training begins as the recruits are woken by explosions in the dorm and the trainers shouting at them to get out. They must dress quickly, before facing an emergency water drill on a sinking boat.

TrustThe celebrity recruits undertake an insertion task, where they must jump from a moving boat onto a passing helicopter, before climbing up into the cabin. Next, the celebs take on an exhausting boat-carry task, where teamwork is put to the test. Split into two teams, they must rely on the other recruits to pull their weight. But one recruit is caught cheating and will pay a heavy price.
