The celebrity recruits undertake an insertion task, where they must jump from a moving boat onto a passing helicopter, before climbing up into the cabin. Next, the celebs take on an exhausting boat-carry task, where teamwork is put to the test. Split into two teams, they must rely on the other recruits to pull their weight. But one recruit is caught cheating and will pay a heavy price.
