Once Upon a Time... in Hollywood Ratings & Reviews
- CravanThePugilist4d agoEvery single actor - & this movie is fkn stacked - kills it. & what an ending! I remember seeing it for the first time in the cinema - it took some self control to not stand up & start applauding when THAT happens - self control I didn't possess back when I saw Inglourious Basterds &, uh, THAT happens... I don't think Tarantino is really capable of making a movie that doesn't get the full 10 stars. (I haven't seen his Grindhouse movie yet because of a genuine fear I will be proven wrong there.) Either way, this movie is a masterpiece. I'm too invested in Pulp Fiction & Basterds personally, but maybe if I was being completely objective, this could be considered his crowning achievement? Idk but full stars either way. Selah.

- JohnK2319March 19, 2025its as real as a donut,
- Adam VenturaAugust 14, 20254/5 Not Tarantino’s best work but still good. Brad Pitt was great. Last 30 minutes of the film really made the buildup worth it.
- widowshyperApril 17, 2025Really good acting and character work but honestly I didn't get the hype. It was good....just not that good. Ending was alot of fun tho
- charliesimon778May 13, 2025I really liked the time setting of this movie taking place in the late 1960s. I thought that listening to the music was amazing to hear. I also liked the parts when Cliff Booth played by Brad Pitt was helping out Rick Dalton played by Leonardo DiCaprio taking him to go places where he needs to go. I also liked the scene where Sharon Tate played by Margot Robbie went to go to a dance party with some friends. I thought that the dancing party scene was amazing to watch. I enjoyed seeing Margot Robbie’s character dancing in this movie and where she went to the theater place to see the movies she was in. I thought the ending scene of this movie was wild when the dog, Rick and Cliff fighting the hippie’s when they were trying to break into the house. What I enjoyed the most of this movie was seeing the scenes with Margot Robbie. I thought the movie could have shown a lot more of Margot Robbie’s character to show how she lived next Rick Dalton and how her character got pregnant during the eight month I thought the movie could have shown a lot more of Margot Robbie’s character to show how she lived next Rick Dalton and how her character got pregnant during the eight month trip of Rick and Cliff’s stay in Italy. Including how Sharon Tate got married and became a movie star. What I like the most about Margot Robbie’s character Sharon Tate is how she was in movies and how she liked dancing. Also how she looked like a princess with having excellent makeup and style. I liked how Margot Robbie played Sharon Tate in this movie.
- JozzJanuary 8, 2025Killing hippies movie.
- romandini3July 30, 2025Once Upon a Time in Hollywood is a film for film lovers. It is an ode to the old Hollywood and Quentin's finest work. It takes its time, doesn't rush, marinades in nostalgia and in the perfected late 60s atmosphere and builds up to one of the most unforgettable endings of all times. People who only see films as a "fun-evening-filler" probably won't like it but any moviebuff will smile cheek to cheek from beginning to end.

- JameslikesmoviesJuly 24, 2025Don’t happy cry in front of the hippies because this movie is so good
- clehmanjMay 1, 2025Great movie, surprisingly hilarious. Ending was unexpected.
- Damon BattJuly 24, 2025It's fun but not as great as advertised, but it's definitely worth a watch. It is like most of the director's movies in that it has no real direction in the story, aimless, a little pointless. The casts performance is wonderful
- konkydongJuly 19, 2025it gets a half for the last thirty minutes and the bruce lee scene which were great but overall a very dull movie, at least one hour too long, disappointing
- mickerdooJuly 17, 2025Loved the setting, characters, idea and twist. Would give the last hour a 10/10. Just thought it should have ramped up quicker.
- Carlos IbarraApril 10, 2025It may not be be my favorite film from Tarantino, but it's certainly stuck with me. You can see a contemplative, aging auteur here. And while it can be slow, it's also super entertaining at times as well. It's endearing how human and vulnerable both DiCaprio and Robbie allow themselves to be. That coupled with the altering of history here, allows for a melancholy ending, and true to its title, it feels like a fairy tale.
