With his trusty horses Tornado and Phantom, and loyal mute servant Bernardo, Zorro takes on corrupt officials, greedy landowners and the occasional pompous military officer, all with charm, wit and impeccable fencing form. The tone? Classic Disney adventure, light, heroic and packed with moral clarity. The sword fights are theatrical, the villains delightfully over the top and the theme song? Iconic. You probably hummed it while swinging a stick in the backyard. Watching it again feels like flipping through a sepia toned scrapbook of childhood TV memories. It’s earnest, stylish and still holds up as a blueprint for masked heroes everywhere.
