- Jkrilin2024年12月31日A captivating series that redefines the Western genre by fusing it with a modern drama full of intrigue, conflict and intense emotions. Kevin Costner leads an impeccable cast playing John Dutton, a patriarch determined to protect his legacy at any cost. The tensions between urban development, indigenous reservations and the Dutton family legacy create a fascinating setting full of betrayals, alliances and unexpected moments. With spectacular cinematography that captures the beauty and brutality of nature, Yellowstone is a raw and powerful portrait of the struggle for land and power. Each season raises the level of the narrative, keeping viewers hooked. What would you do to protect what you value most in the face of constant threats?
- RipLinesMan2025年4月10日Yellowstone is like Event Horizon (1997) if you swapped Laurence Fishburne’s tormented Captain Miller for Kevin Costner’s emotionally constipated John Dutton and replaced Sam Neill’s descent into hell with Wes Bentley furrowing his brow at property taxes. Instead of cosmic dread and sanity unraveling in zero gravity, we get Cole Hauser as Rip growling through every scene like a ranch-hand Terminator and Kelly Reilly’s Beth flinging trauma like whiskey bottles—0.5 stars for managing to feel longer, louder, and somehow less coherent than a ship full of cursed corpses.
- Jay Marie Bailey2026年5月26日For me the stars of this series are Rip & Beth their tumuluous relationship throughout all 5 seasons is fantastic along with their devotion to John. I was very disappointed with the final season story line, compared to all other it was much weaker. Montana is a gorgeous & brutal backdrop which fits very well with the Dutton family. I would recommend watching 1883 & 1923 before as it gives some useful background although not essential.
- Eldon McGuinness2025年2月16日The views are stunning and give an authentic western feel, while mixing with a modern vibe. The drama in this series is a master class in storytelling, even if you never watch the spin-offs. Full of betrayal, relationships, and a pinch of historical reference; this is easily one of my most recommended shows.
- N2026年2月12日Underwhelming in comparison to 1883 and 1923. The family in the series Yellowstone would put their forbearers to shame. Its unfortunately overzealously filled with unnecessary violence and characters eager to throw a punch or plain old-put someone down with their weapon. Yawn 😪🙄 Can't continue to watch. It's not improving
- jcha4782026年1月27日Crap considering most of the episodes are not even Yellowstone. Great app!! Glad I pay for it. I will not be renewing. This is the only app I have that has this issue. I get a note from someone that says restart. WTH does that mean. I restart the episode and it takes me back to the start of the series. Great help
- Charles Hilton2025年12月8日Yellowstone started off really well. Production values are great. Certainly, it is visually stunning show. Acting across the board is top notch. Costner and Reilly shine. Some characters, like Kayce and Monica, contradict themselves throughout the show, though; They are there just to create drama, and indeed at the end, just for exposition. The show becomes progressively more woke as it goes on. It's subtle. Little jabs here and there. The last season goes off the rails, for hopefully obvious reasons without giving out any spoilers, with the ending ultimately having to use a severe tap dance of mental gymnastics to convince the viewer that this outcome was the best possible given the circumstances. It was really frustrating to watch. The show had a great cast of characters. However, forcing the plot, in the way it did, tarnished what would have otherwise been a stellar legacy. It's a crying shame. Sadly, similar scenarios are to be found in the spin off series. I don't trust Taylor Sheridan as a writer. He seems to think that his audience doesn't have a long term memory. This situation is visible in character 'development' where a character in one season, has a particularly strong stance on an issue, then in a later season, holds the exact opposite stance, while completely avoiding addressing the previous stance as if it never happened. Mr. Sheridan thinks you are dumb.
