The gritty cinematography and the actors were amazing, along with the excitement and sometimes sadness of who was going to die next. It was excellent, and it took you on a fantastic journey in seasons 1 through 5, but the dynamics started to change in season 6. I hated season 7 so much that I never even finished it, and that was the end for me! After that, it started to lose the very essence of what I once liked so much, which were the appealing characters and the newness of it's elements. It is very difficult to maintain that high level of standard without faltering. It was like going through withdrawal, and knowing it would never be the same again. Once the thrill is gone, you can never go back home! This is my tribute to something very unique and special that was hard to let go of.
