Paul Clark is a cab driver and wannabe small-time criminal assisted by his best friend Sean, who amusingly misunderstands the sticky kerfuffles they always seem to get themselves into with his less-than-average intelligence sparking many more problems. Sean has a pathological compulsion to lie and to boast about his "mastermind criminal acquaintances," and his aggressive nature only makes things worse.
