Niles does so, however the dog he chooses is white, skinny, demanding and shows him no affection.

Manu, a newsstand owner, has Frasier obsess over why Manu doesn't like him. Meanwhile, Daphne's foul mood - caused by her boyfriend being away on their anniversary - becomes a turn-on for Niles when the two of them verbally spar.
