- Gianni Cavuoto2025年12月20日This is a must watch movie if you like westerns….if you don't like westerns I would say it's a really should watch. The acting and action go hand in hand throughout the whole movie. It moves along and never lags. In the end the cast that were mainly just starting their career or just really getting a head of steam in their career did a fantastic job throughout. Many actors from this movie would go on to have blockbuster careers and it shows for sure. If you have not seen The Seven Samurai please do so, this movie was loosely based on it and deserves the credit it's due. I would also recommend you watch the remake of this movie….did it stand up? Watch and find out.

It drags a bit in the middle, but proves itself worth the watch by the end. Yet, somehow, despite the excellent writing, acting, and messages--the best thing about this movie is its incredible score. Watch this movie with your sons, so they can understand what true masculinity looks like. The Magnificent Seven will teach them to be brave, enact justice, establish order, and to be ready to sacrifice for the greater good. These are the sorts of stories our society needs right now.
