- DavChar2025年12月1日Wow, this was so bad. I should have known this would be bad when it opened with a woman's bare breasts, but...I had hopes for improvement. Sadly, those hopes were quickly dashed. The "actors" seemed like people grabbed off the street. I don't mind scary movie parodies, but the killer turkey was just lame. Also, why would a turkey brought to life by an Indian shaman speak perfect modern English? Back in the 1600's? And the sex scene--ew, and nope. The kills were few and far between, and so dumb. Blech.

The acting is laughably bad, bordering on nonexistent, and the budget feels like it was cobbled together with pocket change and sheer willpower. Yet somehow, all these flaws become part of its charm. It’s purposely dumb, with scenes so ridiculous that they become unexpectedly funny. A killer turkey wearing a human face? That kind of ludicrousness is where this movie thrives. At just over an hour, the film wisely doesn’t overstay its welcome. While it’s no cinematic masterpiece (a term that feels inappropriate in this context), it’s more entertaining than many movies that actually try to be good. At least ThanksKilling owns its badness and runs with it, unlike some unintentionally terrible films that end up as unwatchable disasters.
